This my last will and testament made on the 8th day of June 1970.

1st. I leave all my real and personal property to my wife Frances B. Moneymaker to do with as she wishes. 2nd. I also appoint her to settle my estate and to serve with our Bond.

VIRGINIA: In the clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for Augusta County, November 25, 1981.

A paper writing bearing date of June 8, 1970, purporting to be the last will and testament of Harry W. Moneymaker, deceased, was this day presented to me, Clerk of the Court aforesaid, in the office of said Court and offered for probate. Thereupon the said will was duly proved according to law by the oath of Boyd L. Moneymaker, one of the three subscribing witness thereto, who did depose and say that the said Testator signed the said will in the presence of him, the said Boyd L. Moneymaker and Howe A. Spitler, one of the other subscribing witness thereto, and that they, the said Boyd L. Moneymaker and Howe A. Spitler signed the said will in the presence of the said Testator and in the presence of each other and at the request of the Testator; and the said Boyd L. Moneymaker did further depose and say that the signature of the said Howe A. Spitler, one of the other subscribing witness thereto, is genuine and that the said Howe A. Spitler is now deceased. And Frances W. Sutton being sworn, did also depose and say that she is well acquainted with the handwriting of the said Howe A. Spitler and that she verily believe that his signature thereto is genuine. Whereupon on motion the said paper writing is admitted to record as the true last will and testament of Harry W. Moneymaker, deceased.

Further time is allowed the Executrix named in said will to qualify hereafter if she may so elect.
