Risden Moneymaker died at his home near Parnassus, about eight-thirty Sunday night March 30, 1941 at the age of eighty-three. He was twice married, his first wife having been a Miss Bright, and leaves these children, Mrs. Harrison Botkin, Mrs. Percy Botkin, Mrs. J. L. Sandridge, Mrs. Luther Phillips, all of Staunton rural route. His second wife was Mrs. Ida Milton, who survives, with two daughters, Mrs. John Wampler, Silver Spring, Md., and Mrs. Charles Redifer, at home; one son Raymond, Pittsburg; also a brother John Moneymaker, Bloominton, Ill. The funeral will be held from Union Presbyterian church at two-thirty Tuesday conducted by the Rev. W. H. Zigler, his pastor. Burial will be in Union cemetery. the procession will leave the home of W. T. Bear, at Churchville, at two p.m. Pallbearers will be Lurty Hankins, R. C. Byers, A. E. Redifer, Elmer Crum, Frank Masincup, William Botkins; honorary, William Adams, R. N. Collins, Enoch Smith, Austin Kiser.
